Estime el valor monetario de un árbol de paisaje basado en su especie, tamaño, condición y ubicación utilizando un método simplificado de fórmula de tronco.
How is Tree Value Calculated?
This calculator uses a simplified version of the "Trunk Formula Method," a standard in arboriculture. The basic value is determined by the tree's size, then adjusted by three factors:
Species: Desirable, strong, and long-living trees (like Oaks) are valued higher than brittle, short-lived, or invasive species (like Willows).
Condition: A healthy tree with a strong structure is more valuable than one with dead branches, disease, or decay.
Location: A tree that provides significant aesthetic value, shade, or acts as a focal point in a well-designed landscape is more valuable than a tree in a crowded, unkempt area.
